Osteria da Michele in Bardowick

Out of house sale. Food good.

There are many Italian restaurants, but only a few are above average. This certainly includes the Osteria da Michele restaurant in Bardowick, where we have never been disappointed. A small, fine menu, nice and varied staff - but always good or very good food. The terrace in summer is quite nice, even if not that undisturbed by the street. I am happy to recommend the restaurant. Thank you for the good food.

The food tastes great there.

Service very careful and attentive. There was free aperitif until the table was free and disinfected. Delicious bread from the best monkfish ever. Mussel sauce from another planet. As travelers were unfortunately unable to use the enormous variety of drinks, e.g. grappa. Mille Grazie

The service was very nice, unfortunately we had to dig up some knowledge of Italian ourselves to get what we needed. The food was nice to look at. Trofi con Salmone was unfortunately only drinkable with a lot of pepper and salt. There were no spices. Since this was the second attempt with a bad taste experience, we will probably leave it. A shame, because the location is actually nice, you can sit inside and outside.

The best beef fillet I've ever eaten. The combination with the balsamic dressing was a dream. I recommend everyone.

Could be our favorite Italian. In the meantime it is advisable to make a reservation. The food was to our taste. The drink selection and advice very good. The rack of lamb was a poem. Bread fresh and warm, nothing to criticize. Great food, nice atmosphere .... a successful evening.

The pizza was from the price - performance ratio in order. What really shocked me were the drink prices. First, I should pay € 17.50 for a small apple juice spritzer and a glass of grappa. After repeated request to recalculate we came to a little over 11 euros. I still think it's too expensive.

The salmon was really delicious and the plate nicely presented. The service was also great: I had a little too little carbonation at the first apple spritzer for my taste, but the service responded friendly and has brought me here immediately a new one. Please continue!

Have been regulars since the beginning. We are always feeling very well and the food is worth the way of over twenty kilometers again and again. The kitchen always offers something new and special requests are always received. You can tell that an Italian chef who likes to do his craft and can stand at the stove. Service is very nice. You feel easy / well cared for and spoiled.

Finest Italian cuisine. The boss likes to cook for himself. Fresh selected ingredients and perfectly cooked. Upscale price, but worth the money. Highly recommended.
